Item Description
This is about the weirdest looking Sapo Mine tourmaline we have seen from the famous finds between 1993 and 2002. This is a surreal curved cluster of parallel-growth, graduated in size, multi-tiered and multi-hued terminated crystals. The glassy, highly lustrous, well-striated partially translucent crystals have striking and beautiful layered colors cranberry-red, pink, teal-green, teal-blue and a couple of classic Sapo Mine striking gemmy indicolite-blue terminations. There's even a 7 mm doubly terminated quartz crystal at the base on one side. Complete all-around and essentially pristine, with only a broken tip to a basal side car on the other side of the quartz crystal. An extreme 360-degree Sapo Mine exotic tourmaline! 45 grams mass.
