Eudyalite

Gem quality Eudyalite is rather rare. In Russia Eudyalite is sometimes called "Dragon's Blood" by the dealers who sell it. This stone is actually from Canada, and is one of the few facetted Eudyalite gems that I have ever handled. This "Parallelogram" cut gem is only very very slightly included, and has a vibrant red hue with a slight pinkish-orange overtone. It is a superb rare stone, and despite it's smaller size, it would make a fine addition to any suite of rare gems.
