Item Description
A classic and excellent crystallized specimen of beautiful beige/cream colored bladed Eudidymite, free of matrix from the famous Mt. Malosa locality in Malawi. This attractive "fan"-like foliated group of Eudidymite is larger than most we've had to offer in the auctions in quite some time. Good shape on the front, though not complete on the reverse side of the piece. Highly representative of the locality and it's important to note that the world's best and largest crystals of Eudidymite come from Malawi. Valued $1,500.
From the worldwide mineral collection of geologist, Demetrius Pohl (#1714).
