Item Description
Fantastically etched and sculptural large green triphane spodumene from the famous pegmatites at Pech. The surreal yellow-green crystal has dramatic etched holes, that highlight the super glassy/waxy luster of the highly striated gemmy crystal. The C-axis photos show the true green color of the prism. Reddish-orange LW UV fluorescence. 145 grams mass. It is big, showy, and visually interesting, one of the better ones from a pocket we purchased in 2020. The holes and form add a spectacular quality to the highly unusual piece. Valued highly.
