Goshenite is the colorless variety of beryl. This is striking large gem, tabular hexagonal beryl crystal, that has been fantastically etched by corrosive solutions after the crystal had formed in the pocket. Certainly a surreal looking and uncommon etched goshenite beryl crystal from this less less known Minas Gerais pegmatite district. Ex David Burgess Collection. 74 grams mass. Valued at $400-600.
