etched Aquamarine, ex Obodda (superb crystal!)

Item Description

A fantastically sculpted, complete, heavily etched, tiered, ice-blue aquamarine from the Shigar Valley. The passageway looks like something from the Lord of the Rings! One end is terminated and one end is contacted. Choice and rare gemmy aqua from the Herb Obodda dealer stock. Valued by Herb at $1500, over five years ago. Today's value should be $2000 and more. I have not seen such a large example of this style.
