Esperite (Type Locality) & Franklinite slab (Van Tichelen Coll.)

Here's a very uncommon and excellent example of a polished slab of esperite, one of the ultra rare fluorescent silicates which Franklin is renowned for and is also the Type Locality. The off-white massive esperite hosts masses of starkly contrasting franklinite. Bright yellow-green fluorescence, as you would expect. A rare and desirable combination example from the Wouter Van Tichelen Collection.
