Item Description
Esperite is an ultra rare lead, calcium, zinc silicate found at only two localities worldwide and the famous Franklin Mine is the Type Locality. This is a classic, multi-fluorescent specimen with 3 minerals from the famous Franklin Mine containing: YELLOW esperite (looks white in the photos simply because we are not set up for professional UV shots, so it is better in person); RED calcite; and GREEN willemite. Ex Rice Museum Collection. A desirable US rarity. hefty at 735 grams or nearly 2 pounds
