Item Description
A good small cabinet sized specimen featuring dozens of bladed, uniquely purple-red color Erythrite crystals covering the display side of the underlying matrix. The largest Erythrite crystal measures 2.2 cm long. The piece is not pristine, as several of the crystals are contacted, but it's still a good overall specimen with nice aesthetics. The piece is sawn so it does sit on its own without the aid of a base or clay. Classic material, and the best of these specimens come from Morocco, along with having an unmatched color in the mineral world. Erythrite would not be a very well known species were it not for the amazing pieces from Morocco. Priced in the inventory at $700.
