Item Description

A rare association specimen and one of the VERY few of it's kind that I have seen from India. The piece features a beautiful, complete, radial aggregate of white, bladed Epistilbite measuring 1.6 cm across and is aesthetically perched atop lovely, GEMMY, very lustrous, pearly spherical aggregates of colorless Stellerite on dark green/black basalt matrix. The main Epistilbite group is damage free, and the piece displays beautifull without the aid of clay or a base. It is not often that these two species are found together from India, and this specimen (which was collected nearly 20 years ago) came from the Brian Kosnar collection, and was one of the first pieces he purchased for himself. His collection number (BK226) is attached to the bottom of the specimen.
