Item Description
Epistilbite, a dimorph of goosecreekite, is a less-common Zeolite Group species. The famous basalts at Berufjordur are the Type Locality. The vuggy nodule is filled with pearlescent, translucent to transparent blades. Specimens are RARE from here and this is a good one. Old-time material from the Paterson Museum Collection, where it was on display. It probably dates to the early 1900s. RARELY on the market.
