Item Description
Epidote is known from many world localities, including several places in Pakistan. Most of the Pakistani Epidote specimens you'll see are found in the Gilgit-Baltistan region, but there are some superb quality specimens that have come out of Balochistan recently, and this piece is a good example. The piece hosts, sharp, lustrous, "fan"-shaped groups of dark greenish-black Epidote sitting on minor Quartz. The main group of Epidote crystals measures 2.3 cm across. The piece is in good condition, with only a few contacted spots here and there.
