A striking, parallel-growth trio of gemmy olive-green epidote prisms dramatically rises up from matrix richly covered with smaller epidotes on this very fine and aesthetic small cabinet from the Alpine-type deposits at Tormiq. The terminated crystals reach 4.3 cm and they are pristine. This excellent piece has several fine display views. Outstanding material for the locale from the Herb Obodda dealer stock and valued by Herb at $1200 over five years ago.
