Item Description

A classic example of the famous Val di Viu Epidotes featuring superb quality crystals up to 2 mm which are incredibly sharp, lustrous and GEMMY with a gorgeous green hue. We have photographed the crystals with a Canon MP-E 65 mm macro lens to better illustrate the quality. Ex Kay Robertson Collection (#10702). Kay is a prominent California collector, who specialized in European classics (see the article in the March-April, 2007 Mineralogical Record and the 50+ page article in the German Magazine "Mineralien Welt" November-December 2017).
