Item Description

An attractive small cabinet sized specimen of the classic Epidote crystals from the world famous Knappenwand. Dozens of sharp, rich green, prismatic, lustrous, crystals measuring up to 1.3 are associated with minor Clinochlore. Overall in good shape, with only a slight amount of edge wear. A good specimen of this well known material from Austria Ex Paolo Matioli Collection.
