Item Description

European Alpine localities are well known for producing excellent Epidote specimens, but there are a few "Alpine-type" localities in the high mountains of Pakistan that produce some great specimens as well. This piece hosts sharp, lustrous, very gemmy, prismatic, greenish-golden color Epidote with very minor associated "Byssolite". The Epidote crystals are virtually WATER CLEAR in areas. A very attractive specimen of this contemporary classic material.
