Eosphorite on rare SCEPTER Quartz

The Taquaral locality in Itinga, Brazil is well-known for its fine quality phosphate minerals, including some excellent examples of Eosphorite. This piece is a beautiful representation of this classic material, but what really makes it special is not the Eosphorite, but the Quartz upon which it's sitting. The Quartz crystal on this specimen has a well-defined scepter termination, which is incredibly rare for this locality. I can only remember seeing one other specimen with Eosphorite on scepter Quartz from this locality. There are multiple spherical groups of sparkling tan to golden-brown colored Eosphorite on the specimen, which measure up to 3 mm across. The white mineral on the specimen is most likely Feldspar, but I looked at it with a loupe, and they almost look like Wardite, but I can't say for certain. No major damage that I can find, and the presentation is excellent. A very attractive and rarely seen example from this famous specimen-producing area in Brazil.
