Eosphorite on Quartz

Item Description

Gemmy, sparkling, light coffee-colored eosphorite crystals (a hydrated manganese, aluminum phosphate) to 6 mm preferentially coat a glassy, broad, terminated quartz crystal. A nice contrast in color and texture, accentuated by some of the eosphorites having a white coating! The display view is in good shape, with only a bit of termination edge wear to the quartz noted.
