Item Description

Eosphorite is a rare secondary mineral found in phosphate bearing granitic pegmatites and this is a NEW 2011 find from this very well-known Brazilian locale. A rich carpet of lustrous, translucent to transparent, brown blades to 5 mm covers the undulating matrix of tiny pearlescent pink and creamy lepidolite blades and a large smoky quartz shard. This is classic, excellent, very rich and highly representative material from this small find. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON.
