Item Description
An attractive piece from this very isolated yet exciting discovery. Rarely is Eosphorite found in such bright and gemmy crystals from any locality. Typically the species is brown and opaque, but the few pieces I have seen from Chamachu are some of the best for quality and color that I know of. This specimen hosts a solitary, sharp, semi-lustrous, translucent, rich orange color Eosphorite crystal is perched on a contrasting, grey-white blocky crystal of Microcline. For aesthetics, quality and elegant beauty, this is a wonderful specimen of this material. The crystal measures 8 mm in length. Hard to find on the market and really worthwhile for somebody familiar with Eosphorite as a species. Valued at $800 retail.
