Item Description
A highly unusual and adorable two-sided matrix emerald miniature from the Dayakou emerald mine of China. The striking, opposing, perpendicular, unusually slender emerald crystals dramatically rise up from the contrasting, mostly quartz matrix. The translucent, lustrous crystals have distinctive, pleasing rich bright green color. The emeralds are certainly not as gemmy as good Colombian crystals, but they are lustrous, translucent and have great rich green color. Exotic looking and very cute matrix emerald from the locale.
