Item Description
A gemmy and lustrous, 1.2 cm, emerald crystal with rich green color is nicely set on biotite schist matrix on this excellent thumbnail from an unknown mine in Zambia. This piece is not from the new find from the Kagem Mine. Most of those emeralds are set in quartz. Ex John White Collection.
