Well-known mineral and gem dealer, Herb Obodda, was renowned for obtaining very rare and exotic cut stones. Here's a real rarity for the gem, species or locality collector: a 1.13 carat, emerald-cut, amber, gem, stolzite crystal. French localities have produced some of the very finest example of the species. Stozite is a Pb-tungstate and is very soft, comparable to calcite with a hardness of 2.5 - 3. RARE!
