Item Description

A spectacular azurite specimen from the Morenci Mine. Isolated vugs filled with scintillating, electric-blue, azurite crystals leap out of the starkly contrasting gossan matrix on both sides of this very fine piece. The white clay in the vugs is a striking accent to the blue and brown. Excellent and uncommon material in this quality from the Harold Urish Collection.
