Item Description
Incredibly lustrous, deep navy-blue blue azurite crystals have amazing "electric-blue" gemminess under bright light on this very fine combination piece from Tsumeb. The well-placed crystals, to 1.2 cm, fill the sculptural vug lined with banded velvet malachite. A classic and way above average azurite specimen from Tsumeb, that displays beautifully from either side. Ex Bob Trimingham Collection.
