Item Description

Sparkly spherical aggregates of navy-blue azurite crystals cover the undulating malachite crust on this rich and very showy large combination plate from the famous mines at Bisbee. The crystals glow with "electric-blue" color under bright light! Classic and excellent old-time Bisbee azurite, probably from before World War I.
