Lustrous, sharp, azure-blue azurite blades fill this sculptural vug on large malachite matrix on this very fine and aesthetic combination specimen from this well-known Chinese locale. The azurites GLOW with "electric-blue" gemminess under bright light! The small vug on the side and the botryoidal malachite on the back are a nice bonus. These azurites compare with Bisbee pieces. High praise. A specimen of this size and quality is valued at $500-700.
