Item Description

Gorgeous, gemmy, "electric-blue" azurite crystals are surrounded by partially or entirely replaced malachite pseudomorphs after azurite with the base of the piece being turquoise-blue chrysocolla. This is a showy and classic combination specimen from the famous Morenci Mine. Ex Harold Urish Collection and obtained from ace Arizona field collector Stan Esbenshade in August, 1994. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!
