A striking and aesthetic elbaite and smoky quartz miniature from a NEW FIND at this renowned locale. A 4.2 cm, pristine, gem, pretty bottle-green elbaite crystal has been dramatically engulfed by a smoky quartz crystal with two terminations! The "front" of the very glassy smoky has frosted faces, with the contacted back showing the transparency of the smoky. I really like the way the offset terminations have surrounded the tourmaline. The contacting, mostly at the base, has very little actual damage and has negligible impact to overall high quality of this adorable 360-degree piece. MUCH, MUCH BETTER IN PERSON! Valued at $1000.
