Item Description
A very unusual polished slab of contrasting, polished Silver in Dyscrasite from the classic locality in the Czech Republic. The polishing reveals the complex and sculptural overgrowths of the silver-gray Native Silver on the charcoal gray Dyscrasite as elliptical to elongate forms. One side shows the prismatic, elongate Dyscraite crystals and orbicular forms with pronounced, rhythmic color layering contrasting with the white Calcite. The opposite side is similar, but the forms are more elliptical. A very interesting piece that reveals the intricacies of these complex intergrowths from the Uranium 21 Mine!
