DT Tourmaline on Microcline (Trimingham Coll.)

Item Description

A classic 2.7 cm "Himalaya pink" tourmaline crystal is jauntily set on the edge of a sculptural, sharp microcline crystal on this very cute older combination from the Bob Trimingham Collection. The gemmy and lustrous doubly terminated elbaite has lightly frosted prism faces and a matte, frosted termination. Pristine. The out-of-sight back of the tourmaline is contacted, but there is no damage, per se.
