Item Description

A pretty, doubly terminated, gemmy and lustrous, bi-colored tourmaline from the famous Himalaya Mine. The modified pinacoidal termination is a beautiful apple- to olive-green and is nicely accented by glassy cleavelandite blades. The classic, pretty "Himalaya-pink" zone follows. Gemmy, variable olive-green is the core of the piece, which includes a healed bend. The lower termination has a fantastic, canyon-like shape and is a pretty lavender color. Complete all-around and pristine. A classic, older, well-striated, polychrome beauty from this renowned locale. 73 grams. Ex Bill Larson Collection. Valued at $1500-2000. MUCH, MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!!
