Sharp tantalite crystals are EXTEMELY RARE from any of the 8 localities listed by MINDAT for Fremont County. This euhedral, doubly terminated, multi-faced, dark gray crystal has moderate luster and a partial oxide coating. The display view is pristine and the contacted back is out-of-sight.
