Item Description

Sparkly, microcrystalline chlorite preferentially coats and lightly etches the sharply and very complexly terminated, doubly terminated, floater, water-clear, smoky quartz crystal from an unknown Swiss locale. You can also see a striking, sculptural, luminous silver veil of probably chlorite in the interior. The two terminations could not be any more different! One is a sharp spire, while the other is an intricate cluster of pyramidal terminations. The partial scepter on the multiple termination adds even more pizzazz! The striking and facinating crystal is complete all-around and essentially pristine, with only one trivial spot of edge wear to the single termination. Ex Howard Belsky Collection. A classic and exceptional specimen of this varietal from the well known suite amassed by Belsky as a dealer and collector before his untimely passing in 1987. Valued at $1250-1500. MUCH, MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!
