Item Description

Brilliant, golden rutile blades and needles to about 2.7 cm are attractively scattered in a gem, water-clear, doubly terminated, floater, quartz crystal. The crystal is unusually flattened with a steep termination and has faces that are preferentially frosted. Complete all-around with only trivial termination and side wear. The contact on two faces has no damage, per se. A fine Brazilian rutilated quartz specimen from the Schlichter collection. Older material.
