Three gorgeous, gemmy and lustrous red beryl crystals are elegantly set in starkly contrasting rhyolite matrix on this outstanding miniature from the famous Wah Wah Mountains. The doubly terminated crystals have high luster and classic violet-red color. The large crystal is 1.1 cm. Clusters and individual crystals of sharp cuboctahedral hematite crystals are a super and rare accent. An outstanding combination miniature of the rarest of beryl species. There has been very little recent production from this famous locale. In fact, almost none. And there will never be much more, I would bet. This superb miniature is intense, sharp, and complete.
