Rich golden-yellow, iron stained quartz crystals are extremely rare from this classic Swiss area. Apparently from a small pocket found in the 1970s. The two large crystals in this striking and colorful floater cluster are doubly terminated. The yellow color intensity on the lustrous and translucent crystals is highly variable. The crystal faces have a nifty rainbow-effect under the right lighting conditions. An aesthetic cluster, that is complete all-around and very nearly pristine, with only barely noticeable bruising to the two terminations. Ex Ed Bancroft Collection. Value of such a rarity???
