DT Quartz incl. w/ Chlorite

California chlorite-included quartz specimens are rare and are seldom on the market! This very glassy, water-clear, quartz crystal is actually doubly terminated, has a distinct chlorite phantom and only two of the six, sharp pseudohexagonal crystal faces are preferentially included with chlorite. Trivial termination and edgewear are noted. One side and the partially terminated base are contacted and bruised. Classic, old-time and rare material. Ex W. Sanborn and E.G. Tribbey Collections.
