The recent finds of amazonite in Ethiopia have rivaled those from Colorado. This complete all-around, very scultpural, large crystal has classic turquoise-blue color and is an uncommon for the locale, Manebach twin. The lustrous crystal faces accentuate the fine termination (where the twinning plane is evident) and textbook form. Essentially pristine. Part of one edge and the back are contacted, but there is very little bruising. Most excellent and rare large material from this find. You dont see much around anymore. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock.
