DT green Quartz (RARE!) included by actinolite

An extremely rare style of green quartz from the Alpine deposits at Alchuri. The glassy, translucent, doubly terminated, tabular quartz crystals are solidly infused a bright green, probably from micro actinolite. All actinolite-included Alchuri quartz crystals we have seen from here have discrete needles of actinolite. The primary chisel termination is complete, with only trivial edge wear. Possibly a unique style of green quartz from Alchuri. A MUST for the locality or species collector. These have gone for large premiums in the psat and all came from one small pocket brought out in the 1990s, I was told. ex Obodda dealer stock
