Item Description
A very fine and sculptural, doubly terminated gem triphane crystal from the 2004 Triphane Pocket at this famous San Diego County pegmatite mine. The crystal has superlative gemminess, gorgeous yellow-green color, well-striated sides, distinctively different terminations and classic waxy luster. The C-axis shot highlights the beautiful color. Complete all-around. One side is a cleave, but it's hard to tell. Choice and excellent material from this find and locale. Ex Mark Mauthner and Art Soregaroli Collections. 61 grams mass.
