A beautiful, doubly terminated, floater, GEM, yellow-green orthoclase crystal from the small finds at Itrongay, Madagascar. The interesing etching on this striking, pristine, tabular crystal reminds me of a Wolodarsk heliodor. The finest gem crystals of orthoclase are produced in this region of Madagascar.
