A fine collection of 42, classic, doubly terminated, Herkimer quartz "diamonds" from this famous New York county. A "gem" of large Herkimer quartz "diamond" deal. These very sharp cuties look faceted! The limpid quartz crystals range from 1.6 cm to 4 mm in size. Each has a slightly different shape, some have hydrocarbon (bitumen) inclusions and few have interior veils, adding character. You, too, can have an instant "diamond" collection and fascinate your friends! Total mass is 17 grams.
