Item Description

Quality quartz crystals from this long-abandoned Ontario quartz mine are seldom on the market. The doubly terminated, slightly tapered, floater crystal is water-clear. Some sides and termination faces are preferentially frosted or have light etching. The crystal has a light reddish, iron oxide tint. Essentially pristine, with only two, very trivial termination face bruises. Fine material from the Richard Hauck Quartz Collection.
