DT floater Herkimer Quartz diamonds (MacFall Coll.)

Item Description

A striking, gem-like, Herkimer quartz "diamond" crystal cluster from the famous deposits at Middleville, New York. Both intergrown crystals are doubly terminated. The internal crazing and clay inclusions really add character to this aesthetic specimen and the sidecar crystal is particulary gemmy. The frontal display view is totally pristine (a small contact has no damage) and the contacting on the back with a bit of bruising is out of sight. Nice aesthetics on this piece.
