Item Description
The C-axis shot really dramatizes the rich lilac color of this dramatically sculptural, beautiful lilac gem kunzite from a 2018 find at Mawi. The totally limpid tabular doubly terminated floater crystal has amazing form. The two terminations are dramatically different. The super-high waxy lustre beautifully accents the well-striated prism faces. Complete all-around. One edge appears to be cleaved, but it is hard to tell and is certainly only a modest detraction. An outstanding, sculptural and richly colored gemstone. 15 grams mass. Pink fluorescence.
