DT floater Dioptase (excellent) Charlie Key

Highly lustrous, deep emerald-green dioptase crystals form an outstanding, sculptural specimen. The color is excellent, and the gemminess creates wonderful internal reflections when the light from above hits it just right. This is a floater specimen and the striking, large, tapered crystal is doubly terminated. The sidecar crystals really add character to this super piece. Complete all-around and pristine. The back is contacted, but has no damage, per se. Floater specimens of this size, pristine quality and visual impact are very rare from the Christoff Mine. Ex Charlie Key dealer stock. Valued at $400-600. This would be thousands of dollars, if it was from Tsumeb.
