A stunning, very rare, doubly terminated, floater cerussite crystal from a very uncommon Tunisian locale from the Laurent Gautron Collection, a respected French dealer and collector. This glassy, translucent, sculptural floater has a waxy feel and luster, unlike Moroccan cerussites. The basal area and part of the back are clay-included, adding character. The form of the front is, indeed, striking. Complete all-around and very nearly pristine, with only a tiny bit of barely noticeable edgewear. We have never seen a cerussite of this quality from this locale. Valued 750-1000
