Item Description
Bloedite is a rare sodium-magnesium sulfate found in oceanic salt deposits. This is a sharp doubly terminated translucent floater crystal. It does need to be oiled with mineral oil to preserve its hydration state, if in a humid environment. This is a great piece, for quality and symmetry! Most of the crystal is water-clear, with some interior gray veils. An excellent example of this very rare species. Ex Carl Davis Collection, an early mentor of mine.
