Item Description
Classic, glassy and gemmy, amber calcite scalenohedrons to 4.3 cm are aesthetically set on the limestone matrix covered with sparkly microcrystalline calcite rhombs and marcasite crystals. The two large crystals are doubly terminated. A very showy and excellent specimen from the famous Sweetwater Mine. The calcites are pristine. Ex Jaime Bird Collection. Older material from the 1960s or 70s.
